  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for brûlée topping)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out your pie crust into ramekins or a dish, pressing gently to fit.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, cinnamon, one egg mixed with water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice mix, grated orange peel, salt, sweetened condensed milk, and two additional eggs until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into prepared crusts without overfilling and bake for about 40 minutes or until set. Allow cooling slightly.
