Ingredients

  • puff pastry sheet
  • fresh spinach, chopped
  • artichokes, chopped
  • shredded parmesan cheese
  • cream cheese, softened
  • mayonnaise
  • garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Roll out puff pastry; spread filling evenly over one half.
  4. Fold the other half over the filling and cut into strips.
  5. Twist each strip into swirls and tuck ends underneath.
  6. Brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 22–24 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
