8 oz Dry Ramen Noodles
2 Cups Bok Choy, Rough Chopped
¼ Cup Miso Paste (Red or White)
¼ Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Katsu: Coat chicken cutlets in salt, dip in flour, then cover with panko breadcrumbs mixed with sesame seeds. Fry until golden brown.
