  • 1.5 lbs cremini mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup dry white grape juice
  • 1.5 cups mushroom stock
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Fresh thyme
  • dijon mustard
  • smoked paprika

Instructions
