  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in cold water for about 12 minutes. Transfer them to an ice bath before peeling.
  2. Slice each egg in half lengthwise and place the yolks in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with avocado until smooth.
