  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

  1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and soy sauce to create the marinade.
  2. Marinate the shrimp in one-third of the sauce for about an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add some reserved sauce and sauté broccoli until tender (5-8 minutes), then remove from the skillet.
  4. Cook marinated shrimp in batches for about one minute per side until golden brown.
  5. Return broccoli to the skillet, toss with shrimp, and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm over rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining sauce on top.
