  • 16 oz. fresh strawberries
  • 1½ tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 2 cups brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well to mix.
  2. Set the slow cooker on HIGH and cook for 4 hours without opening the lid.
  3. Carefully transfer the cooked mixture to a blender and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Allow the jam to cool, as it will thicken as it does, before transferring it into sterilized jars for storage.
