  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Prick each potato several times with a fork, then rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 40 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
  4. While baking, mix together olive oil, honey, cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, chili flakes, black pepper, and any additional spices.
