  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups peeled, cored, and diced Granny Smith apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
